Effective date: 27 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By using FileMira, users agree to these terms.
2. Service
FileMira provides browser-based viewing, validation, and export tools for supported file formats.
3. Local processing
Supported files are intended to be processed locally in the browser. Browser behavior and file complexity may affect results.
4. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for permission to process files, backups, reviewing exports, protecting confidential data, and following applicable law.
5. Prohibited use
Users must not disrupt the service, circumvent limits, manipulate advertising, use FileMira unlawfully, or submit intentionally malicious parser payloads.
6. Plans and pricing
FileMira offers a Free plan and FileMira Pro, a one-time payment covering 12 months.
FileMira Pro is priced at US$15 for each 12-month billing period, unless a different price is explicitly displayed before purchase. The server-owned product record is authoritative for the applicable price; FileMira does not hard-code independent copies of the price.
The Free plan requires no payment and no account. A verified FileMira account is required only to purchase FileMira Pro and restore it on another device.
7. No automatic renewal
FileMira Pro is a single payment. It does not renew, no payment method is stored for future charges, and FileMira will not charge again unless a new purchase is made.
If a further 12 months are purchased while paid access is still running, the new period is added to the remaining time rather than replacing it.
8. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Because no recurring payment is created, no future charge exists to stop, and no cancellation is required to avoid one.
Purchased access is not revoked before its 12 months end, except under an applicable refund, reversal, fraud, abuse, or legal policy.
9. Expiry
Twelve months after purchase, paid access ends and the account returns to the Free plan. Paid execution capabilities become unavailable after expiry. FileMira gives no notice and takes no payment at that point; continuing requires a new purchase.
10. Saved configuration
Expiration does not immediately delete supported user configuration. Some configuration may remain viewable or exportable under the published retention policy, while paid editing or execution may require a new purchase. FileMira uses future-neutral wording here because some configuration types are not yet implemented; no claim is made that a given object is currently persisted until its supporting package ships.
11. Refund, reversal, dispute, and fraud
Access may be suspended or revoked after a confirmed refund, payment reversal, fraud, charge dispute, abuse, or terms violation. FileMira does not promise a refund policy that the business has not formally approved.
12. Account and optional Google Drive history
A verified FileMira account (email) is required only to purchase FileMira Pro and restore it on another device.
Connecting Google Drive is optional and is never triggered automatically by payment. Drive history stores encrypted file references and limited metadata — not document contents. A history item does not guarantee future access. Files may be moved, renamed, deleted, trashed, restricted, or revoked in Google Drive. Reopening requires a valid Google Drive authorization. The user is responsible for Drive permissions.
Disconnecting FileMira does not delete Drive files. Clearing FileMira history does not delete Drive files.
13. Grandfathered access
Some users may retain legacy one-time access purchased under an earlier FileMira offering. This legacy access is no longer offered to new customers, does not expire, and does not change the current 12-month Pro offer. Its continuation depends on verified historical entitlement records.
14. Export accuracy
Users must review detected datasets, columns, data types, missing values, flattened fields, formula-protection changes, and parser confidence.
15. Intellectual property
FileMira's brand, interface, original copy, articles, and code are protected to the extent permitted by law. Users retain rights to their own files.
16. Third parties
Hosting, advertising, analytics, consent, and external links may be governed by separate terms.
17. Availability
FileMira does not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every file and browser.
18. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent allowed by law.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FileMira and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service use or unavailability.
20. Changes
The service and terms may be updated. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
